Frequently Asked Questions
Mailroom offers two tiers: Basic and Premium. Forwarding and digitized paper mail are only available with Premium, and incur an additional charge.
Sign up in the app and fill out some details about your company. Then complete the USPS Form 1583 right within our app. After signing, the form must be notarized (usually takes about 15 minutes) by a public notary.
After notarization your mail will be sent to your new virtual mailbox. Manage all your inbound mail and take action within the Incorpo platform as you would your email.
Absolutely. The benefit of having a trusted, physical business address is that you can manage all your mailing needs from anywhere in the world.
This form is mandatory to allow Firstbase to receive and open your physical mail, as required by the United States Postal Service. Once notarized, this form gives Firstbase the legal right to serve as a commercial postal agent on behalf of your business.
