1. Who we are
Incorpo Inc. is a company registered in the State of Delaware, USA. We operate the incorpo.io platform, which allows international entrepreneurs to open and manage a US LLC easily and in their own language.
2. Data we collect
We collect: registration data (name, email, country of residence), payment data (managed by Stripe), company data (LLC name, type, registration state), uploaded documents (passport/ID), usage data (pages visited, dashboard actions).
3. How we use data
We use your data to: provide our services (LLC formation, compliance), communicate account updates, improve the platform, comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data based on: contract execution (LLC services), consent (newsletter, analytics), legal obligation (tax compliance), legitimate interest (service improvement).
5. Data sharing
We share your data only with: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Resend (email), the State of Wyoming/Delaware (LLC registration), the IRS (Form 5472, EIN). We never sell your data to third parties.
6. Your rights

7. Data retention
We retain your data for the duration of your account and for 5 years after deletion for legal and tax obligations.

We protect your data with: TLS encryption, role-based access, regular backups, EU region hosting (fra1).
