By using Incorpo you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.
2. Services offered
Incorpo offers: US LLC formation, EIN request, Registered Agent, compliance guide, AI assistant, invoice generation. Services are subject to the chosen plan.
3. Account and registration
You are responsible for the security of your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. One account per person.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are managed by Stripe. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds are provided.
5. Limitation of liability
Incorpo is not a law firm or tax consultant. Our services do not constitute legal or tax advice. We recommend consulting a professional for specific matters.
6. Intellectual property
All platform content (text, design, code) is the property of Incorpo Inc. You may not copy or redistribute it without authorization.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your account at any time from settings. Cancellation results in loss of access to all services at the end of the current billing period.
8. Changes to terms
We may modify these terms. We will notify you via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
